D.J.O. MAJEKODUNMI Esq. – DIRECTOR
Mr. Majekodunmi is a seasoned administrator with a wealth of experience from various organisations within and outside Nigeria namely Coca Cola Bottlers Dublin, Riggs Bank London, Chartered Bank (now known as Stanbic IBTC) and Ecobank. Mr. Majekodunmi holds a B.A. and M.A. in Geology from the Prestigious Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from American Intercontinental University London. Mr. Majekodunmi’s international exposure and good will would bring to bear modern skills and equipments to the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. 

JOHN ADEBIMPE – HEAD, STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Adebimpe is the head of the business development at Pact universal prior to joining Pact, Mr. Adebimpe was the Administrator of OLATUNDE FAGBEYIRO Nursery & Primary School. He has special interest in economics and geography. He is a trained teacher and holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE).

GBENGA ADEBAMIRO – HEAD, ENERGY SUPPLY CORDINATOR
Mr. G.P ADEBAMIRO is currently undertaking a graduate programme from Lagos State University. He holds a National Diploma in Banking & Finance from the Federal polytechnic offa, Kwara State. Proir to joining Pact Universal Limited he was a Supervisor with Driklinas (a corporate cleaning service company).

ADEBOLA OLUYEMISI AJAYI - COMPANY SECRETARY
Barrister A.O. Ajayi graduated from the University of Lagos, Akoka with LL.B in 1998, and BL from Nigerian Law School, Abuja in 2000. She was the Associate Partner at The Channings law firm prior to joining Pact Universal Limited.
